    Train

    You can travel with ease to Mallnitz by train. The internetional train from and too Germany stops here.

    Car

    Please consider the Autoschleuse Tauernbahn when traveling by car from the nord. This shuttle train can save you 80km or aproxamite 1 hour traveling.

    Plane

    Salzburg Aiport is the best option for traveling by plane. Frome here you can take 2 hour train journey right in to Mallnitz. Alternatives are; Aiport Klagenfurt and Ljubljana Airport

    General information

    Arrival

    Your apartment is usually ready from 16:00h on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive after 20:00h please call us in advance.

    Departure

    We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment before 10:00h. on the day of departure.

    Parking lots

    Free parking spaces are available in front of the building for the duration of your stay.

    Pets

    You are welcome to bring pets on your holiday. In this case we charge a surcharge of € 5 per pet per night.

    Reservation

    A reservation is final when at least 25% of the quotation has been paid.

    Payment methods

    We accept cash or bank transfer.

    Do not smoke

    The entire site – including all rooms, balconies and garden – is non-smoking. We ask smokers to smoke outside our premises.

    Cancellation Policy

    The following cancellation conditions apply:

    • up to 1 months before the agreed arrival day: free cancellation
    • up to 3 weeks before arrival date: 25% of the total agreed price will be charged
    • up to 2 weeks before arrival date: 50% of the total agreed price will be charged
    • in the last week before the arrival date: 75% of the total agreed price will be charged.

    Authorities

    If our company is closed by the local authorities due to lockdowns or the borders are closed or there is a travel warning for our state of Carinthia and you are unable to come as a result, we will cancel your booking free of charge. In all other situations we apply the general cancellation conditions.
